Micro-fine Cement DMFC-800/600

Description:

The micro-fine cement DMFC-600 is a new generation of rigid inorganic grouting material with an average particle size of 10um and a Specific Surface Area of 600 m2/kg. It can be used to stabilise and strengthen substrates to accommodate structural loadings, to consolidate ground for tunnelling operations or to grout tunnel structures in place after construction. DMFC-600 is also supplied with a admixture to aid in injection and to reduce particle settlement and filtrate formation.

Advantages:

No shrinkage phenomenon happens when solidifing;

High early and final strength;

Super fine with tight particle size distribution;

Non polluting inorganic material with no hazardous ingredients;

Variable set and cure time.
Easy to handle, store and use;

Be applicable to:

● cracks grouting of the dam and the dam foundation in hydraulic project ;

● Reinforcement of foundation settlement in highways, bridges and airport runways;

curtain grouting around oil and chemical storage facilities or polluted sites;

curtain grouting under dam walls, sealing fractures in foundations, prevention of seepage and losses.
